Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a skilled ML/AI engineer to shape next-gen Agentic AI for KYC in wholesale banking. You will build intelligent information extraction, entity resolution, and graph analytics solutions within a cross-functional squad, adhering to governance standards.

You will contribute to multi-agent architectures using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and other frameworks, while leveraging Python and ML techniques on large banking datasets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK or similar.
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics or related field (MSc or PhD a plus).
• Strong Python skills.
• Solid understanding of ML techniques from classical models to modern neural networks.
• Experience applying DS methods to real business problems.
• Interest in information extraction, entity resolution, graph analytics and network analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Wholesale Banking, KYC, AML, model governance, or regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop Agentic AI solutions to automate KYC workflows and decision-support processes.
• Design multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Build document understanding and information extraction capabilities.
• Implement entity resolution and corporate ownership discovery features.
• Apply network/graph analytics to risk and compliance investigations.
• Develop ML solutions for complex banking datasets.
• Ensure AI systems comply with ING governance and compliance standards.
