Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze large datasets and deliver insights across Wholesale Banking. You will build dashboards, identify trends, and translate business needs into analytical solutions while collaborating with data engineers and scientists in a hybrid Istanbul-area setup.

The role emphasizes delivering scalable analytics, mentoring junior analysts, and supporting AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, statistics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on Python (PySpark) experience.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or Superset.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Develop dashboards and reports with Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools.

As part of Wholesale Banking Advanced Analytics, you'll work with large-scale datasets, modern analytics platforms, and international stakeholders to deliver insights that improve operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and enhance client experiences across ING's global banking network. This role combines business understanding, analytical expertise, and modern data tooling to transform complex data into actionable outcomes.
