Job summary

ING Analytics is building data-driven algorithmic products in customer intelligence. You will lead analytics product development, from discovery through implementation, partnering with data scientists and engineers in a global, entrepreneurial team.

You will shape product strategy, coordinate with Retail Banking Analytics, and drive value for ING and customers in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong English and Turkish communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with analytical background (Math, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics, etc.).
• Broad experience leading analytics use cases and products is a must.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the analytics product development from idea to implementation and value realization.
• Lead product discovery, prioritise data problems, and design experiments.
• Develop product strategy, value propositions and roadmaps for data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to validate ideas and prototype.
• Communicate effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders.
