Job summary

Siemens Mobility in İzmit, Turkey seeks an Experienced Quality Professional to support product and process quality across launches and production. You will manage APQP/PPAP, lead 8D and FMEA based problem-solving, and maintain QA documentation in a collaborative, international setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in quality management, and strong English communication. Travel readiness and Six Sigma Green Belt are pluses in this global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or VDA 6.3 audit processes.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product and process quality activities across project launch, serial production, and change management.
• Lead APQP, ISIR/PPAP and quality approval activities for new products and engineering changes.
• Drive problem-solving using 8D, A3, PDCA, and FMEA.
• Maintain Quality Control Plans, Work Instructions, Test Instructions, and related docs.
• Analyze process performance with SPC and MSA and drive improvements.
• Coordinate customer and supplier quality topics including complaint management and corrective action.
