Natural Clinic, Istanbul-based international healthcare group, seeks a senior paid acquisition specialist to own Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns for international markets. The role centers on lead generation, not e-commerce, with budget oversight across multiple countries and languages, collaborating with sales, CRM, and creative to drive the funnel from ad spend to deals.

You’ll use Looker Studio or similar dashboards, maintain CRM-aligned reporting, and apply AI tools to optimize campaigns

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across multiple platforms.
• Experience managing six-figure (USD/EUR) monthly ad budgets strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to optimize a lead-generation funnel (Lead → Contact → Offer → Deal).
• Strong command of Meta Ads architecture, testing frameworks, and tracking pixels.
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and offline conversions.
• TikTok Ads setup and optimization experience.
• Familiarity with CRM data and reporting for full-funnel ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok for international markets.
• Manage significant monthly budgets across countries, languages, and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, CRM, and creative teams to close the loop between ad spend and deals.
• Analyze multi-market performance and allocate budgets by market and platform.
• Run data-driven experiments and maintain rigorous attribution practices.
