Job summary

HubX in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist for DramaTV to own and optimize performance campaigns across Facebook, Google and TikTok. You’ll make data-driven decisions, run frequent AB tests, and work with creatives to deliver standout ROI.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a digital marketing function, hands-on experience with Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in a digital marketing role.
• Hands-on with performance marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok).
• Knowledge of Google UAC and FB Ads.
• Familiar with CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, Retention.
• Experience with Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other ad networks by data-driven decisions.
• Continuously A/B test and explore new approaches based on results.
• Reporting campaign results on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Implement optimization strategies based on reported data.
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights for new creatives.
• Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and their results.
