• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
• Assuring timely resolution of issues keeping the customer advised of progress and negotiating changes and solutions.
• Interface between the customer and internal business team, communicating across levels of the organization; manage information requests.
• Adhering to contract service, operations, performance specifications as well as financial and technical metrics.
• Performing proposal negotiation and contract administration on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision.
• Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
