HITACHI ENERGY TURKEY ELEKTRIK SANAYI ANONIM SIRKETI is seeking a Contract Manager to lead local contract management services, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and HUB leadership. The role is based at the Dilovası factory and requires extensive experience in contract management within the energy sector.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage contract execution from kick-off to close, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while negotiating terms

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law required.
• Minimum 10 years in contract management/legal in EP/EPC energy company or similar industrial plants.
• Experience in international teams and with international contractual partners.
• Experience in negotiation, claim management, and contract-related issues.
• Experience in multicultural environments and commercial risk awareness.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills, with a structured work style.

Aufgaben

• Contract portfolio governance following internal procedures and guidelines.
• Review and negotiate commercial and technical tender terms with external customers; support sales team.
• Support risk review process and present contractual terms at risk review meetings.
• Identify contract baseline and support project management during execution and risk mitigation.
• Assist contract closure, verify obligations fulfilled and document lessons learned.
• Support PM to prepare claims and defend contractual interests throughout project life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines.
