Job summary

Hitachi Energy Turkey Elektrik Sanayi Anonim Sirketi is seeking a Contract Manager to lead local contract management for its Dilovası power transformers operations. You will manage contract baselines, terms, and risk, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and international partners to protect the company’s contractual interests.

The role requires English and Turkish fluency, a law degree, and at least 10 years in contract management within EP/EPC energy settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 10 years in contract management/legal in EP/EPC energy sector.
• Experience in internationally staffed teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to negotiate in English; fluent in English and Turkish.
• Collaborative mindset with knowledge of business risks.

Responsibilities

• Contract portfolio governance following internal standards.
• Review tenders and negotiate terms with customers.
• Support risk review processes for contractual sections.
• Define contract baselines and assist during execution.
• Verify contract closure and capture lessons learned.
• Support claims and defend contractual interests.
