HITACHI ENERGY TURKEY ELEKTRIK SANAYI ANONIM SIRKETI is seeking a Contract Manager to lead local contract management for Dilovası-based projects. You will govern contract portfolios, participate in tender negotiations, and support risk reviews and claims across a global team.

The role requires a law degree and 10+ years in contract management within EP/EPC energy or similar settings, with fluency in English and Turkish. A collaborative, multicultural mindset is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in contract management/legal in EP/EPC energy or similar industrial environments.
Experience in working with internationally staffed teams and partners.
Strong negotiation, claim management and contract-related issue handling.
Experience in multicultural settings with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

Contract portfolio governance following internal standards.
Tender preparation and negotiations supporting the sales team.
Risk review participation and presenting contract terms.
Contract execution from kickoff to closure with risk mitigation.
Contract closure and lessons learned documentation.
Support Claims and defend contractual interests throughout projects.
