What You Will Do
- Originate new business, identify market opportunities and develop long‑term relationships with occupiers, owners, investors and developers.
- Advise clients on the leasing, acquisition and disposal of industrial and logistics properties.
- Manage transaction processes from initial client engagement and property search or marketing strategy through viewings, negotiations and completion.
- Undertake site selection, location analysis and market research for logistics facilities, warehouses, production assets and development land.
- Develop tailored leasing, sale and property marketing strategies for landlord and owner instructions.
- Prepare high‑quality pitches, proposals, client presentations, property marketing materials and transaction documentation.
- Produce market appraisals and Broker Opinions of Value supported by relevant evidence and commercial judgement.
- Analyse market data, comparable transactions, rental levels, occupier demand and sector trends to provide practical client advice.
- Conduct financial, operational and commercial analysis of real estate opportunities.
- Coordinate property inspections, technical workstreams and engagement with relevant external advisers or public authorities, where required.
- Maintain accurate client, property, transaction and market records within the firm’s systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Agency, Capital Markets, Valuation & Advisory, Project & Development Services and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Contribute to team revenue, pipeline and activity targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity and client service.
- At Senior Consultant level, take greater ownership of client relationships and complex mandates while supporting the development of junior team members.
What We Are Looking For
- Typically 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate, ideally within industrial and logistics agency, leasing, sales, tenant representation, valuation, development or advisory.
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban and regional planning, surveying or geomatics, architecture, civil engineering, business, economics or another relevant discipline.
- Strong interest in Türkiye’s industrial and logistics real estate market and the commercial factors shaping occupier and investor decisions.
- Demonstrable business development, client relationship and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgement and the ability to translate market information into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and real estate data platforms is an advantage.
- A proactive, accountable and results‑oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confidence working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required and a valid Class B driving licence.
