Job summary

Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect in Turkey to design end-to-end architectures, drive modernization of legacy systems, and guide microservices transformations. You will ensure security, performance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with business, security, and platform teams.

You will mentor development teams, create ADRs, research new tech, and contribute to cloud-native initiatives with platform and infrastructure groups.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer/Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 14 years of software development and architecture experience, incl. solution architect roles.
• Proficient in .NET (C#) with microservices, DDD, event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Experience modernizing legacy systems; familiarity with observability and service mesh.
• Interest in integrating AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business needs to design end-to-end, scalable, and sustainable solution architectures.
• Defining enterprise architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures, and ensuring their implementation across projects.
• Providing architectural guidance for microservices transformation and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Creating and maintaining architectural decision records (ADRs) and technical documentation.
• Researching new technologies, conducting PoC studies, and making recommendations for internal adoption.
• Offering technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, and participating in design and code reviews.
• Ensuring security, performance, accessibility, and regulatory requirements are integrated into the architecture.
• Facilitating technical coordination between business units, infrastructure, security, and development teams.
• Contributing to the development of cloud-native capabilities in collaboration with platform and infrastructure teams.
