Pegasus Airlines in Istanbul is seeking experienced Cabin Crew Members to join our team. You will be the face of our airline, welcoming passengers, ensuring their safety, and delivering the high standards of service that define Pegasus.

Your Responsibilities.

Welcome passengers in accordance with company standards and provide the highest level of service throughout the flight.
Report any technical or operational issues that may affect flight safety to the Captain in Command.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the technical systems and emergency equipment of the aircraft type for which you are certified, and effectively apply the relevant procedures.
Fully implement all measures required to ensure passenger safety on the ground and in flight, in accordance with the Cabin Crew Manual.

Basic Eligibility Criteria.

Must be a Turkish citizen.
Must have been born on or after January 1, 1991.
Male candidates must have completed their military service or have at least one year of military service deferment remaining.
Must reside, or be willing to reside, on the Asian side of Istanbul.
Must have at least six months of cabin crew experience with an airline or hold a valid Basic Training Certificate (Attestation) issued by an institution approved by the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM).
Experienced candidates must have performed their last flight duty within the past five years.

Education and Language Requirements.

Minimum associate degree—candidates who graduated from universities abroad must provide a degree equivalency certificate issued by the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK).

Advanced English proficiency is required.

Good proficiency in Arabic, Persian, Russian, French, German, Kazakh, or Kyrgyz is preferred—additional languages will make you stand out.

Physical Requirements.

Height requirements:

Female candidates: 160–180 cm.
Male candidates: 170–190 cm.

Height and weight compatibility will be assessed according to the company's Body Mass Index (BMI) criteria.

No visible tattoos, piercings, burns, scars, or similar marks on parts of the body that remain visible when wearing the cabin crew uniform.

Medical Fitness and Working Conditions.

Must be physically and socially able to adapt to shift work, variable flight schedules, and extended duty rotations.

Must be medically fit to fly in accordance with the cabin crew medical fitness criteria published by the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM).

Legal Status and Employment History.

Must have no criminal record or criminal archive record, whether historical or ongoing.

Must not have left previous employment due to absenteeism, disciplinary issues, or conduct contrary to ethical standards and the principles of good faith.

Personal Competencies.

We're looking for individuals who bring the right attitude and skills to our team: Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Well-developed planning and organizational skills. A customer satisfaction-oriented and solution-focused approach—experience in the service industry is preferred.
