Job summary

Pegasus Airlines is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Digital to drive analysis and delivery of new features for flypgs.com and Pegasus iOS and Android apps, from idea to post-launch support. You will own core customer journeys such as search, booking, payment, ancillaries, and check-in.

The role requires 4–5 years as a Business Analyst or similar, strong API/SQL knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, and familiarity with AI-assisted tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS/related fields.
• 4-5 years of BA/Analyst experience in web/mobile projects.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Understand web and native mobile development and release cycles.
• Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP); read JSON/XML; write basic SQL.
• Experience with UAT, regression and release testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis and testing.
• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools (GA4, Firebase, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric) and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Web, Mobile and Backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and delivery of new features for flypgs.com and Pegasus apps.
• Work on core customer journeys: search, booking, payment, ancillaries, manage booking, check-in and boarding.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios with usability and accessibility focus.
• Collaborate with web, mobile and backend engineers on solution design and API contracts.
• Contribute to upcoming roadmap initiatives in mobile and web experiences.
• Coordinate with development teams through sprint planning, development, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-release checks.
• Monitor live performance, errors, crash rates, page speed, and app store feedback.
• Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior; propose A/B tests and data-driven improvements.
• Use AI tools in daily analysis and testing and scale AI-assisted test design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Technical Product Owner in web and/or mobile application projects
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear business and product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and test scenarios, with a good understanding of usability, accessibility and customer experience principles
• Understanding of web and native mobile (iOS/Android) application development and release processes, including App Store and Google Play publishing cycles
• Knowledge of APIs and integration layers, including REST and SOAP; ability to read JSON/XML and write basic SQL
• Experience with UAT, regression and release acceptance testing
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis, documentation and test scenario generation, and the ability to critically validate AI outputs
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, UX, QA, Web, Mobile and Backend teams, as well as distributed and external development partners
• A proactive, curious and outcome-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn
• Good command of English
• Experience with high-volume e-commerce, airline, travel or other transaction-heavy digital platforms
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents or MCP, and the ability to spot opportunities to use AI in customer journeys and internal processes
• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools (e.g. GA4, Firebase, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric) and A/B testing
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Github and Postman
• Familiarity with ITIL practices

In this role, you will

• Own the analysis and drive the delivery of new features, enhancements, and maintenance requests across flypgs.com and Pegasus iOS and Android apps, from idea to post-launch support
• Work on core customer journeys including search, booking, payment, ancillaries (baggage, seats, special services), manage booking, check-in and boarding
• Analyze business needs, define detailed requirements, and prepare analysis documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios with usability, accessibility and customer experience in mind
• Work with web, mobile and backend engineers on solution design, API contracts and impact analysis across channels
• Contribute to upcoming roadmap initiatives in mobile and web experience
• Coordinate with development teams through sprint planning, development, testing, UAT, and go-live, including App Store and Google Play releases and post-release checks, ensuring quality from requirements to release.
• Monitor live performance, errors, crash rates, page speed and app store feedback, and turn insights into prioritized improvements
• Manage production defects and incidents, including root cause analysis and hotfix prioritization
• Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior, propose A/B tests and drive data-backed improvements to the customer journey
• Use AI tools in daily analysis and testing work, help scale AI-assisted test design and automation across the team
• Support AI-enabled customer experiences such as travel assistants, personalization and new AI-driven sales and search channels
• Build strong partnerships with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams, as well as external partners, while growing your product and technical expertise
