Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG group, seeks a Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist to join the HQ, Finance team in Istanbul. Deliver timely financial insights via monthly actuals, forecasts and annual budgeting with a focus on group consolidation and cash flow reporting.

You will partner with country teams, run budgeting in SAP/BPC, and drive improvements in reporting cycles to ensure accuracy for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics or Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in multinational companies in FPA, business partnering or big-4 audit.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is a must; knowledge of BPC and Power BI is a plus.
• Fluency in English, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle large data sets.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Istanbul; Anatolia side preferred; no military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely management reporting and variance analysis with commentary for senior management.
• Oversee month-end close timetable and OTIF reporting by country.
• Improve reporting processes and tools through continuous enhancements.
• Prepare balance sheet, FX position, and cashflow reports for senior management.
• Lead annual budgeting with cross-functional/country teams in BPC/SAP.
• Hold regular reviews with country teams on monthly commentary and financial insights.
• Support capability development through trainings and management reporting policy frameworks.
• Act as key user in ERP transformation and automation projects.

We are currently seeking a talented "Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist" to join our dynamic "HQ, Finance" team. Based in "HQ İstanbul" this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group. The primary focus of this role is to deliver timely and accurate financial insights for the Management; through monthly actual & forecast reporting as well as annual budgeting process. The focus area will be Group Consolidated Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver timely and insightful business intelligence through monthly reporting & supporting variance analysis and commentaries to senior management,
• Manage overall month end closure timetable & OTIF reporting by countries,
• Improve reporting cycle through continuous process & tools improvement,
• Prepare periodic balance sheet, FX position, cashflow reports for Senior Management,
• Run annual budgeting process with cross functional / country teams to collect, consolidate and analyse the data over BPC,
• Have regular reviews with country teams on monthly commentary & financial insight generation,
• Support the capability development in countries through trainings and creating a company memory on management reporting policy & frameworks,
• Act as a key user in ERP transformation projects and other automation projects.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or Engineering from reputable university,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in multinational companies (preferably in FMCG) in the areas of business partnering , FPA role or Audit experience in big 4 companies,
• Effectively using MS Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP is a must,
• BPC, Power BI and SAP knowledge are assets,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• High analytical skills and performed experience in converting big data into business insights,
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and complex data,
• Good communication, influencing skills to drive a result in multi-cultural global organisation,
• Living in or willing to relocate to İstanbul, preferably Anatolia side,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
