Job summary

Hayat, founded in 1987, is a leading FMCG group with 16 brands and global reach. Based at HQ in Istanbul, we seek a Senior Brand Manager to join Global Marketing and drive transformative brand strategies across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate holds a marketing degree (master preferred), 6+ years in FMCG brand management, fluent English, and excels in presentation, communication, creativity, strategic thinking and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree in Marketing/Brand Management.
• Min. 6 years of brand management experience in FMCG companies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, alongside creativity, strategic thinking and analytical viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing consumer insights and perceptions.
• Defining market features via market research.
• Setting strategies and planning short- and long-term brand plans.
• Implementing strategies across countries and new market entries.
• Coordinating advertising strategies and campaigns, demos and visuals.
• Tracking global campaigns, launches and trends.
• Refreshing consumer research on product performance and brand image.
• Preparing reports.

• Analyzing the insights and perceptions of consumer
• Defining the features of the market by conducting market research
• Setting the strategies and being responsible for planning and delivering short - long term brand and product strategies
• Implementing strategies alongside positioning and pricing to different countries and following the similar steps in the new market entry process
• Coordinating the advertising strategies and campaigns, launch materials like demos and key visuals for different markets
• Tracking the global competition, campaigns, launches and analyzing the trends continuously
• Freshing up the consumer research on product performance and brand image
• Preparing reports
