Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG group, seeks a Global Business Analyst to drive SAP S/4HANA rollouts across FI and TRM. You will lead SAP and finance digitalization projects with IT, PM, and business stakeholders, and manage change, fit-gap workshops, testing, and post‑go‑live support for multiple group companies.

You will provide end‑user training to domestic and international subsidiaries, prepare documentation and workflows, and offer second‑level support for finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Fixed

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in SAP projects and process leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI, preferably with Key User experience, and familiarity with SAP TRM.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional process leadership.
• Solid functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, including AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets (Treasury knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and resolve complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
