Insider One is seeking a Senior Workplace Technology Specialist to support and continuously improve our workplace technology environment. You will handle end-user support, device lifecycle, asset management, and collaboration technologies for a fast-paced global setting.

The role emphasizes proactive service delivery, security compliance, and adoption of AI-enabled tools, with a focus on maintaining executive and critical-user support with high reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT operations, endpoint management, or end-user technology services.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Apple enterprise environments, particularly macOS and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, device policies, software deployment, and device lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity issues across remote and on-site environments.
• Provide high-quality technical support to executive leadership, Board members, and other critical users.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, assignment, transfer, return, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, operating system upgrades, and security requirements.
• Monitor and support Apple enterprise environments across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
