Job summary

Insider One is seeking a Senior Workplace Technology Specialist to support and continuously improve our workplace technology environment. The role emphasizes end-user support, endpoint lifecycle management, and security compliance in a fast-moving, global company.

You will work with executive leadership and top teams to ensure smooth operation of devices, collaboration tools, and meeting technologies, while contributing to automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in workplace technology or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Apple enterprise environments (macOS/iOS).
• Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and device compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot issues across remote and on-site environments, including endpoints and collaboration tools.
• Support executive leadership and high-profile users with high-quality service.
• Manage device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, transfer, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms, policies, software deployment, OS upgrades, and security requirements.
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, and external vendors to improve service quality.
• Lead conference room and AV system management for meetings and events.
• Promote adoption of productivity tools and automation across the organization.
