Job summary

TUI is seeking a Senior Accommodation Revenue Manager for Turkey & Balkans to secure optimal commercial terms with hotel partners and drive revenue across the region. You will lead a team of about 25, including 8 direct reports, coaching them to deliver value and negotiator excellence.

You will report to the Director of Accommodation Product & Sourcing and shape strategies across contracting, availability, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience negotiating accommodation contracts for a buyer (tour operator, bedbank, OTA or similar).
• Experience leading a team of 20+ and developing negotiators.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement in hospitality markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for the assigned area.
• Lead availability management frameworks and optimize inventory across regions.
• Analyze market trends and partner performance to shape offers and decisions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align strategies with commercial goals.
• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with hotel chains and partners.
• Coach and develop the Accommodation Revenue Team to drive excellence.
