Job summary

Accor in Turkey seeks a strategic and ambitious Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue team, shape pricing, and drive profit across our hotels. You will collaborate with executive leadership to implement long-term plans and build a thriving revenue community.

You will mentor junior members, orchestrate forecasting, optimize inventory and distribution channels, and partner with sales, finance, and front office to maximize RevPAR while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in senior revenue management roles.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that drive revenue growth.
• Advanced knowledge of revenue management principles.
• Experience with IdEAS Revenue Management Platform is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies.
• Support the executive team on long-term business plans and manage the revenue management budget process.
• Lead regular revenue management meetings providing insights based on reporting data.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and drive incremental profit across revenue centers.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
