Job summary

Hermes Clinics in Istanbul/Izmir is seeking a Sales Consultant for an office-based role. You will manage international patient interactions, guide prospects from first contact to booking, and present our treatments and packages clearly. Your performance drives earnings, supported by training and a dynamic, global environment.

You’ll build relationships, meet sales targets, and maintain CRM records to ensure a seamless patient journey in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive and target-oriented personality.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
• Experience in medical tourism or healthcare is an advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp, phone calls and online channels
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to booking
• Introduce our treatments, packages and services in a clear and professional way
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide an excellent customer experience
• Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate patient and sales information in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English is required
