Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, Italian or Romanian is a plus.
• Experience in patient support, healthcare, or medical tourism is advantageous.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide English, French, Spanish, Italian or Romanian speaking patients through every step of the treatment process.
• Provide clear and accurate information about procedures, pricing, and logistics.
• Maintain regular contact with patients before, during, and after their medical journey.
• Collaborate with doctors, coordinators, and the sales team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Offer emotional support and practical assistance to help patients feel comfortable and informed.
• Manage patient files and track progress using our CRM system.
• Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate services (indirect sales).
• Report patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to assist English or French patients throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support patients while contributing to our international growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide English, French, Spanish, Italian or Romanian speaking patients through every step of the treatment process
• Provide clear and accurate information about procedures, pricing, and logistics
• Maintain regular contact with patients before, during, and after their medical journey

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level fluency in English, French, Spanish, Italian or Romanian (English is must + preferably the mentioned languages )
• Experience in patient support, healthcare, or medical tourism is a strong advantage
• Excellent listening, empathy, and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple patient cases with care and professionalism
• A team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital tools
