Job summary

Darya Dental Turkey in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to turn conversations into patients and manage international leads. You will guide prospects from initial contact through consultations, building trust and presenting clear treatment plans.

Responsibilities include presenting packages, closing sales, and collaborating with patient coordinators, dentists and the sales team to ensure an exceptional patient journey from inquiry to arrival in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a dental clinic or a call center providing sales services for dental clinics.
• Fluent English. Written and spoken.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• YDS score of at least C level or an equivalent examination recognised by ÖSYM.
• Strong telephone communication and consultative selling skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Excellent objection, handling and negotiation skills.
• Confident, persuasive and professional communication style.
• Strong follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable working with daily and monthly sales targets.
• Strong CRM and computer skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week from our Istanbul office.

• Present treatment plans, packages and quotations clearly and confidently.
• Follow up consistently and professionally, turning warm leads into confirmed patients.
• Build trust with patients throughout the sales journey.
• Handle objections and questions with confidence.
• Close sales and consistently work towards and exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in our CRM.
• Work closely with patient coordinators, dentists and the wider sales team.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first conversation to arrival in Istanbul.
