Medipol Healthcare Group – International Patient Services in Türkiye seeks a driven Senior Tele-Sales Representative to join the USA Market Team. You will handle inquiries from USA patients, present treatment options, and guide them through the care journey using Bitrix24 CRM.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving targets, and coordinating with doctors and medical staff to prepare quotations. On-site with hybrid options, English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in medical tourism or healthcare sales is preferred.
• 1–3 years in medical tourism, healthcare sales, or tele-sales.
• Experience in international patient services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
• Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Tele-Sales Representative to join our USA Market Team within the International Patient Services Department.

Job Description

• Manage communication with patients from the USA market and introduce Medipol’s healthcare services.
• Follow up on patient inquiries and guide them throughout their healthcare journey.
• Conduct sales calls, understand patient needs, and convert inquiries into successful treatments.
• Manage patient communication and sales processes through Bitrix24 CRM.
• Prepare personalized treatment plans and price quotations in coordination with doctors and medical teams.
• Build strong relationships with international patients and ensure a high-quality patient experience.
• Follow up with patients from the first contact until the completion of their treatment process.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience working with the USA market is highly preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in medical tourism, healthcare sales, or tele-sales.
• Previous experience in international patient services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24).

Location & Working Model

Working Model: On-site with hybrid working opportunities (depending on department schedule).

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 22:00 - 07:00 (in office)

Friday / Saturday (1 week working / 1 week off)

10:00 - 19:00 or 12:00 - 21:00
