Job summary

Hayat in Turkey is seeking an experienced SAP QM Module Executive to own and manage quality management across SAP QM, PP/PM, and linked systems, steering end-to-end processes and digital transformation.

You will collaborate with global and local users, lead ITIL/JIRA projects, mentor AMS teams, and visit İzmit and Gebze sites regularly while ensuring compliance and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP QM experience.
• End-to-end knowledge of QM processes (planning, control, inspections).
• Experience in SAP PP or SAP PM or willingness to expand.
• Experience integrating SAP QM with MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, etc.
• Experience with MES, LIMS, PLM integrations.
• AI-powered non-SAP solutions experience.
• Strong reporting in SAP and BI platforms.
• ITIL processes and JIRA for project/change management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage SAP QM with related PP/PM processes and third-party apps.
• Lead lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Collaborate to ensure seamless MM/SD/FI/CO/EWM integration.
• Align solutions with global templates while accommodating local needs.
• Lead projects using ITIL and JIRA; monitor risks and budgets.
• Identify low-code, AI, and LLM opportunities in QM/PP/PM.
• Drive R&D and Quality improvements with AI and non-SAP tools.
• Coordinate AMS incident resolution and provide mentoring.
• Conduct weekly site visits to İzmit and Gebze; train users.

SAP QM Module Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Quality Management processes, including quality planning, quality control, inspection lots, sampling procedures, quality notifications/non-conformance management, certificate management, and supplier quality management.
• Experience in at least one of the SAP PP (preferred) or SAP PM modules, or a strong willingness to expand expertise into one of these modules.
• Proven experience with integrations between SAP QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, etc.
• Experience managing integrations with MES, LIMS, PLM, quality, maintenance, manufacturing, automation, and other third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience improving R&D and Quality processes by developing AI-powered solutions and non-SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of positioning operational reporting within SAP and analytical reporting within BI platforms.
• Strong solution architecture mindset, prioritizing SAP standard functionalities while keeping custom developments to a minimum, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives through low-code platforms, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience working in multi-site and/or international organizations, balancing global template compliance with local business requirements.
• Ability to manage projects and change requests end-to-end, with practical experience in ITIL processes and JIRA.
• Experience supporting Level-2 support operations and coordinating with AMS (Application Management Services) teams.
• Strong risk management, documentation, analytical reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with business functions and willingness to perform regular site visits.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Results-oriented, flexible, proactive, and solution-driven.
• Good understanding of GDPR/KVKK and personal data protection principles.
• No travel restrictions; valid driver's license and active driving experience. Military service completed for male candidates.

Job Description:

• Own and manage SAP QM together with the related SAP PP (preferred) or SAP PM processes and integrated third-party applications, acting as the Product Owner for Quality Management solutions.
• Lead the complete application lifecycle, from business requirement analysis and feasibility assessment through development, testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support, ensuring timely delivery of business expectations.
• Work closely with other SAP Module Executives within the Digital Technologies organization to ensure seamless integration across MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, PP, and PM processes.
• Collaborate with global and local key users to develop solutions aligned with global templates while effectively managing justified local business requirements.
• Lead projects and major change requests, managing them through ITIL processes using JIRA.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and overall delivery performance, proactively reporting deviations and recommending improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for low-code, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and LLM-based solutions within SAP QM, PP, and PM processes in collaboration with technology teams.
• Improve R&D and Quality processes by developing and implementing AI-driven and non-SAP digital solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Coordinate and guide AMS teams responsible for incident resolution while providing technical mentoring when required.
• Conduct regular weekly visits to business units located in İzmit and Gebze.
• Deliver end-user training, prepare comprehensive process documentation, and mentor team members to ensure sustainable knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
