Job summary

INPAK Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in Istanbul (Esenyurt) seeks a Sales Support Engineer to join the Marketing & Business Development Department.

You will support sales activities through close collaboration with in-house teams, documentation, data management and customer communication. Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering (required)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good understanding of AI-powered tools used in daily business processes
• Strong data accuracy and reporting abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, organized, self-motivated and a team player
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• B-class driving license
• Preferably residing in or near Avcılar, Esenyurt or Beylikdüzü, Istanbul

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily sales activities and customer communication.
• Prepare, organize and follow up quotations, technical/commercial documents and related sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, quotation and sales data in company systems.
• Work closely with in-house teams to collect the technical and commercial information required during the sales process.
• Follow ongoing sales opportunities and support the team throughout quotation, negotiation and order stages.
• Gradually take a more active role in customer communication, quotation preparation and sales activities.
• Maintain a general understanding of after-sales and service processes and provide backup support when required.
• Represent INPAK at trade shows, conferences and other marketing events when required

Position Overview
