Job summary

Standart Cıvata, part of Norm Holding, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to join the Ankara team. You will prepare quotations, manage pricing, and check stock availability to fulfill customer requests.

You will enter approved orders into SAP, track payment, delivery, and invoicing, and coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with business exposure.
• 3+ years in sales/marketing of industrial products preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, price checks, and stock availability per customer requests.
• Enter approved orders into SAP and track payments, delivery, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with purchasing, planning, and logistics for on-time deliveries.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Marketing.
• Identify areas for process or system improvements and support digitization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales and marketing of industrial products is preferred,
• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP,
• Excellent communication, organization, planning, follow-up, and reporting skills,

Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations, perform pricing, and conduct stock availability checks based on customer requests,
• Entering approved orders into the SAP system and ensure accurate tracking of payment, delivery, and invoicing details,
• Coordinating with purchasing, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries,
• Handling customer feedback and complaints in a solution-oriented manner to enhance satisfaction,
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Marketing departments to ensure seamless process flow,
• Identify areas for process or system improvement and contribute to digitalization and efficiency projects.
