Job summary

Ravago Türkiye, based at the Ataşehir office in Istanbul, seeks an Export Inside Sales Specialist to join our RBS team. You will manage export customer orders from quotation through delivery, ensuring accurate SAP processing and seamless coordination of production, inventory, logistics, and customer operations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has at least three years in a similar role, speaks fluent English, and is proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage export customer orders from quotation through delivery in SAP.
• Prepare proforma invoices and process customer orders in SAP; track status end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Logistics on freight rates, shipment plans, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production, inventory, backlog, and delivery timelines; communicate risks.
• Prepare SAP-based reports on sales, orders, revenue, and shipments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Production, Planning, Finance, and QA to ensure smooth processes.

Position Purpose

To manage export customer orders from quotation through delivery, ensuring accurate SAP processing and effective coordination of production, inventory, logistics, and customer-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data and product/SKU creation and updates in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Prepare proforma invoices, process customer orders in SAP, and follow up on order status throughout the entire order-to-delivery cycle.
• Coordinate with Logistics on freight rates, transportation details, shipment plans, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth export operations.
• Monitor production, inventory, backlog, shipment status, and delivery timelines, proactively identifying and communicating potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and regularly update SAP-based reports covering sales, orders, volume, revenue, backlog, inventory, and shipments.
• Monitor customer accounts, credit limits, and risk status, and coordinate necessary shipment approvals with relevant stakeholders.
• Keep customers informed about order, shipment, and delivery status and support the timely resolution of operational issues.
• Coordinate quality issues and customer complaints through QDMS and follow up with relevant departments until resolution.
• Manage customer sample inventory and shipment processes and provide operational support for trade fairs and related incentive processes.
• Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Logistics, Production, Planning, Finance, Quality, and other relevant functions throughout customer and order management processes.
