Job summary

Hire Rightt is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our exhibition and conference sales campaigns in Turkey. You will manage an international sales agent network and build strategic partnerships with industry bodies and government.

You will recruit, coach and motivate a sales team across events, driving revenue growth, budgeting and forecasting, and aligning sales processes with overall business goals. Strong client relationships and CRM fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' sales experience with exhibitions/conferences in sponsorship and space sales
• Experienced in setting and managing commercial sales strategies and setting targets for established events and launch events
• Extensive people management with proven success at coaching and motivating a team to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue growth targets
• Strong budget management, forecasting and business management skills (adept with CRM systems, sales dashboards, marketing metrics etc)
• Ability to develop and grow strong relationships at C-level
• A genuine team player and collaborative in nature with a strong sense of personal accountability
