Job summary

Gizli, an online investment and trading platform, is seeking a senior sales leader to manage a contact center. The role leads a team across phone and written support, focusing on revenue growth and customer experience.

You will build coaching practices, set performance expectations, analyze sales data, forecast trends, and collaborate with managers to shape sales strategies, while ensuring compliant onboarding and KYC processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with direct people management in a contact center (financial services).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bring strong expertise in CX metric frameworks.
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop a sales team across phone and written support channels.
• Motivate the sales team and encourage them to achieve goals; set performance expectations, run 1:1s, and provide real-time feedback.
• Review and analyze operational records and data to estimate profitability and determine new markets.
• Determine and recommend products or services to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer complaints, personnel problems, and other issues that may affect sales operations.
• Collaborate with managers to develop sales strategies.

The Experience We Want From You

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in leadership with direct people management responsibility in a contact center financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bring strong expertise in CX metric frameworks.
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong operational understanding of the brokerage lifecycle including account onboarding and KYC, trading operations
• Experience in handling CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
