Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Sales Force Effectiveness/BI professional to turn data into insights and drive growth strategies. You will work with Sales and Marketing to set KPI targets and support regional initiatives using Power BI and Excel in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring BI experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of Sales Force Effectiveness or BI experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English proficiency verbally and in writing.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or data visualization tools are a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, especially Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify new approaches for solving business problems related to growth.
• Partner to Sales through data-based insights to drive action and goals.
• Decide and follow up KPI sets for key initiatives.
• Assist in design, coordination and implementation of SFE projects.
• Determine segmentation of HCPs and call targets and quotas.
• Support territory alignment, segmentation, incentive/sales target processes.
• Review monthly, quarterly and yearly performance of brands and guide sales actions.
• Assist pre-launch activities of upcoming products.
