Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in Türkiye is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist to manage and analyze commercial data across Business Units. You will deliver reports, build dashboards, and optimize CRM processes to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
• - Strong English and Turkish language skills.
• - 2+ years in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Analysis, or similar.
• - Ability to analyze large datasets from diverse sources and perform profiling.
• - Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data engineering concepts.
• - Proficiency in Power BI for modeling, dashboards, and visualization; MS Office skills.
• - Experience with AI-enabled automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• - Conduct market, competitor, sales and ad-hoc analyses as needed by the business units.
• - Manage in-market reporting processes, optimize and maintain related systems and workflows.
• - Deliver monthly field force performance reports and commercial analyses across all units.
• - Integrate, cleanse, transform, and model data from multiple sources for robust reporting.
• - Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for monitoring complex data.
• - Manage Salesforce CRM processes, data quality, adoption, and user support in Türkiye.
• - Assist on territory alignment, target setting, segmentation, cycle and call planning, and incentives.
