Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead BI Analyst to steer cross-functional BI analytics initiatives across multiple domains.

You will own end-to-end analysis, mentor analysts, and define standards for dashboards, data models, and data quality while guiding delivery across Agile teams. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, translate complex requirements into actionable insights, and drive pre-sales efforts with estimates and proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data-related projects.
• 5+ years of BI, DWH, and analytics project work.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior advisory role mentoring analysts.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end data and analytics with Agile/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports.
• Oversee data migration, ETL, and data modernization initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align needs with strategy.
• Translate requirements into insights and strategic recommendations.
• Define data models, source-to-target mappings, and data quality standards.
• Own backlog with epics/features/stories and prioritize delivery.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and coordinate UAT with customers.
• Mentor BI Analysts and contribute to pre-sales and proposals.
