Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial offers and sales documents under GM guidance.
• Provide CoA, SDS, TDS, and other product documentation to customers.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and brokers for on-time delivery.
• Prepare export documents including invoices and declarations.
• Support quarterly sales agent commission calculations.
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment per policies and regulations.

Job description

NCR Biochemical is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales & Export Administration Specialist to support the commercial, order management, logistics, and export activities of its Turkish subsidiary.

This flexible part-time role serves as the operational link between the subsidiary, customers, logistics partners, and NCR Biochemical headquarters in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer master data, sales records, and related documentation.
• Process customer orders, monitor their progress, and provide timely status updates.
• Submit purchase orders to headquarters and coordinate activities with the central Export Department.
• Prepare commercial offers and sales documents under the General Manager’s guidance.
• Provide customers with Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and other product documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage export and customs documents, including invoices, shipping documents, and export declarations.
• Support the quarterly calculation of sales agent commissions.
• Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfilment in line with company policies, quality standards, applicable regulations, and customer service expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Turkish.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in sales or export administration, customer service, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Clear communication and coordination skills in an international, multicultural environment.
