NCR Biochemical seeks a Sales & Export Administration Specialist in Fatih, Istanbul. The role links the subsidiary with customers, logistics partners, and NCR Biochemical headquarters in Italy, supporting sales, order management, and export activities on a flexible part-time basis.

The ideal candidate has Turkish and English language proficiency, experience in sales or export administration, and strong coordination skills in an international setting.

Formación

• Turkish and English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or export administration or logistics support is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC is a plus).
• Ability to coordinate with international partners and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer master data and sales records.
• Process orders, monitor progress, and provide status updates.
• Submit purchase orders to headquarters and coordinate with Export Department.
• Prepare commercial offers and sales documents under GM guidance.
• Provide CoA, SDS, TDS, and other product documentation to customers.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and brokers for on-time delivery.
• Prepare export documents including invoices and declarations.
• Support quarterly sales agent commission calculations.
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment per policies and regulations.
