Job summary

About the Role

The role involves providing in-depth insights into product applications, managing customer requirements, expanding product reach, and empowering internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement: Collaborated with the Senior Sales Manager and CT Director to formulate the regional annual sales plan and key account development strategies; executed the plan to ensure regional sales targets and key client breakthroughs were achieved.
• Customer Management: Led high-stakes negotiations and senior-level communications with major accounts; oversaw contract finalization and payment collection; coordinated with technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Market Analysis: Monitored regional market dynamics (including competitor pricing and industry policies), conducting in-depth market analysis and generating actionable insights.
• Distributor Management: Responsible for the overall construction and management of distribution channels, including formulating channel strategies, developing new distributors, optimizing the existing system, and providing training, incentives, and performance evaluations to distributors to ensure the health of the channels and the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in engineering preferred.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of the industrial automation industry, as well as an understanding of the basic functions of servos, inverters, and PLCs, and the application scenarios of their related solutions.
• Technical sales experience in well-known industrial automation companies is preferred.
• Strong self-drive, ability to work independently, and high motivation.
