Job summary

Omron Electronics S.p.A. in Istanbul on the European side seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in industrial automation.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles with OEMs and system integrators, translate customer needs into Omron solutions, and build lasting relationships. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Control/Mechatronics, at least 3 years in B2B sales, knowledge of motion controllers, servo drives, HMIs, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years B2B sales experience in industrial automation.
• 3+ years business development with machine builders.
• Knowledge of motion controllers, servo drives, HMIs and AC drives.
• Strong technical understanding of Omron products.
• Willing to travel within Turkey and abroad.
• Residence on European side of Istanbul preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth among targeted end users, OEMs, and system integrators within the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships in line with Omron’s sales strategy, plans, and policies.
• Develop account plans based on customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect identification and needs analysis to solution development, quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Identify the needs and business challenges of prospective customers and translate them into suitable Omron solutions.
• Position Omron’s products, services, and solutions by leveraging comprehensive portfolio and application knowledge.
• Develop and execute plans to influence customers and their stakeholders in line with Omron’s vision and strategy.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to generate demand for Omron solutions.
