Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Sales Manager (f/m/d) in Ankara to lead sales and marketing for Low Voltage Motors in the region. You will build strategic alliances with EPCs, OEMs, system integrators and end users, and drive growth across the Ankara territory.

The role requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, at least five years of sales experience, knowledge of drive applications in cement, mining, oil & gas, power generation or similar, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing.
• Experience in drive applications in Cement, Mining, Iron&Steel, Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Water, Marine, Pulp&Paper or similar.
• Business fluent English skills.
• Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills.
• Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic alliances with EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators and End Users and networking with decision makers.
• Manage and improve partners in the region.
• Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate commercial, logistics, legal and other relevant teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation.
• Follow up internal processes from order to dispatch by coordinating related teams to ensure delivery, commissioning and after sales support.
• Perform market analysis in region and provide feedback to product management to maintain Innomotics’ trendsetter position.
• Promote product highlights in line with the global product strategy. Work with Marketing Communication to ensure audience coverage.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in region to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.
• Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals, issue technical articles for industry media, and coordinate marketing communication activities.

As Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for Low Voltage Motors (LV) in Ankara region, you will;

• Build strategic alliances with EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators and End Users and keep building relationships and networking with decision makers.
• Manage and improve partners in the region
• Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate commercial, logistics, legal and other relevant teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation.
• Follow up internal processes from order to dispatch by coordinating related teams to ensure successful delivery, commissioning and after sales support.
• Perform market analysis in region, follow market trends and supply feedback to the product management to maintain Innomotics’ trendsetter position.
• Promote product highlights in line with the global product strategy. Work in close cooperation with Marketing Communication to use effective media appearance, ensure target audience coverage with key messages.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in region to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.
• Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals, issue technical articles for industry media, work in close cooperation with related parties to perform marketing communication activities.

Your profile.

• You have a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• In addition to very good knowledge in electrical motors, you need to have minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing.
• Experience on drive applications in industries like Cement, Mining, Iron&Steel, Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Water, Marine, Pulp&Paper or similar.
• Business fluent English skills.
• Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills.
• Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region.
