Job summary

Socomec Sas in Istanbul is seeking a Sales Engineer - UPS to identify and develop new business opportunities within the region and manage customer visits to maximize turnover and market potential.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 2+ years UPS market experience, 1+ year sales, fluent English, strong communication, analytical planning, and willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of UPS market experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and customer orientation skills.
• Analytical thinking and planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within Turkey and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Plan and organize customer visits based on current turnover and market potential.
• Be responsible for achieving individual sales and DSO targets.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
• Organize customer trainings and technical support activities in coordination with the Customer Marketing Department when needed.
• Represent and promote the company’s image in front of customers.
• Develop and expand the customer portfolio.
• Organize specification and technical activities for railway and infrastructure segments.
• Provide feedback to the marketing department based on competitor analysis and customer needs.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
• Prepare visit reports and ensure CRM system is updated accurately and regularly.
