ZÜBER, Turkey's leading healthy snack manufacturer, seeks a Sales Controlling Manager (Finance) to drive budgeting, reporting and financialPlanning for the commercial teams. The role partners with sales to align forecasts and pricing decisions.

You will develop business cases, monitor trade spend, and ensure accurate month-end close, while supporting strategic decisions with robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related 4-year departments.
• At least 8 years in sales controlling and financial analysis.
• Experience in FMCG sector preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong data analytics, reporting and budgeting background.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strategic thinker, self-motivated and energetic.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly and annual budgeting processes.
• Partner with commercial teams to develop relationships and involve in their financials.
• Ensure reporting is on time and accurate; monitor monthly trade spend for accruals.
• Assess the financial impact of pricing and discount policies.
• Bridge between finance and sales to enhance processes.
• Developing business cases and financial analyses to support commercial decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related 4-year departments of universities,
• At least 8 years of experience in sales controlling, financial analysis,
• Preferably with experienced in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel),
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting and budgeting
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strategic thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and energetic

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly and annual budgeting processes,
• Being a business partner to commercial teams to develop and build strong relationship and ensuring that being fully involved in their financials.
• Ensuring that reporting is on time and accurate, and monitor monthly trade spent to ensure correct accrual bookings at month end
• Assess the financial impact of pricing and discount policies,
• Act as a bridge between finance and sales teams to enhance processes
• Developing business cases and financial analyses to support commercial decisions and strategic initiatives.
