ZÜBER, Turkey's leading healthy snack producer, seeks an R&D Engineer for its Esenyurt factory to innovate with raw materials and ensure quality.

Ideal candidates hold a Food Engineering degree, have strong English, and are eager to contribute to cost optimization, safety, and new product development in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering required or encouraged for new graduates.
• Strong interest in raw material technologies and ingredient functionalities.
• Knowledge of food quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Ability to critically evaluate product labels, content claims, and ingredient specifications.
• Enthusiastic about clean label, sugar-free, additive-free, and preservative-free formulations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis and market research for alternative ingredients.
• Engage with suppliers, collect product specifications, samples, and documentation.
• Participate in ingredient evaluation, functionality testing and sensory analysis processes.
• Contribute to cost optimization and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure procured raw materials comply with food safety, legal regulations, and quality standards.
• Follow industry trends and international ingredient innovations.
