Job summary

Lactalis Türkiye, a leading dairy producer, is seeking a Commercial Control Executive to join the Management Control team in Istanbul. The role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic support for Sales, Marketing, and Logistics.

You will prepare monthly P&L by product and customer, monitor profitability, track KPIs, and report variances with actionable insights. Fluency in English and SAP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
• Min 6 years of experience in audit and controlling.
• Previous experience in the Big Four firm.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze the monthly Management P&L by product, customer, and warehouse location.
• Monitor and analyze monthly customer profitability.
• Track and report key Sales KPIs.
• Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams, maintaining close collaboration and providing financial support when needed.
• Manage budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actual results, and provide actionable insights to management.
