Qualifications

• Bachelorfs degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data collection and FMCG.
• Experience with forecasting insight and decision-making analysis.
• Identify forecast drivers, changes, and perform variance analysis.
• Knowledge of data structures and planning models.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from sales reports for analysis and develop methods for assessing large data sets.

What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Conduct market analyses, analysing both product and the overall profitability of the business; to develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

What We Expect from You?

• To collect data from sales reports for analysis,
• To develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data,
• To closely study of past sales data to determine trends and shares with sales leadership,
• To study purchase trends of customer base and target demographics,
• To create sales evaluation reports based on collected data,
• To present sales reports to company managers, directors.
• To suggest adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability,
• To manage the daily product tracking report that will communicate demand, revenue recognition, product testing and commercial launch execution,
• To ıdentify sales trends and creative proactive solutions that help management gauge the performance of the business and create proactive solutions to maximize sales performance,
• To provide forecasting insight and analysis necessary for appropriate decision making,
• To ıdentify and communicate forecast drivers and changes, create variance analysis, and build fact-based assumptions,
• To support in preparation of monthly S&OP presentation, Support with relevant data Marketing and Sales meeting.
