Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Solutions Analyst II to bridge product, business, and development teams in Markets Technology. You will elicit data requirements, translate to feasible solutions, and drive architecture discussions while ensuring security and compliance.

You will lead data analytics efforts, collaborate across business lines, and guide teams through change in a fast-paced environment, leveraging AI capabilities for efficient requirements synthesis and documentation.

• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, dependency/change impact analysis, and solution documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.

Job description

As a Solutions Analyst II within Commercial and Investment Banking for Markets Technology business, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical and analytical reasoning skills. You’ll elicit and document business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will be crucial in ambiguous situations and in effectively handling dependencies. Your strong foundation in data analytics will be instrumental in developing innovative architecture designs and operating systems. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering) with 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions
• Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
• Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations
• Strong ability to communicate clearly across lines of business, development teams, and external stakeholders, with proven skill in translating complex information for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in writing, speaking and listening in Turkish and English
• High level knowledge on Swift & Eft message types, FX, Money Market, Fixed Income trade flows, trade finance, loans
• A strong understanding on application development, business analysis and application support.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a solid understanding of project management standards and practices.
• Strong SQL knowledge on MSSQL & ORACLE platforms and experience on Microsoft Windows Servers, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations
• Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
