• In-depth knowledge of the distribution landscape and OTA trends.
• Collaborative forward-thinking mindset and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies.
• Support the executive team on long-term business plans and manage the revenue management budget.
• Lead RM meetings with insights from reporting data.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and drive incremental profit.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in revenue management practices.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure reservations are optimized and RevPAR is maximized.
