Accor Hotels in Turkey seeks a strategic and ambitious Director of Revenue Management to drive revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands. You will lead the revenue management team, develop long-term pricing and inventory strategies, and collaborate with executive leadership to shape the business plan.

This role requires advanced analytics, leadership, and a deep understanding of distribution channels.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in senior revenue management roles.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth.
Advanced knowledge of revenue management principles.
IDeaS Revenue Management Platform experience highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of the distribution landscape and OTAs.

Responsibilities

Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies.
Support the executive team on long-term business plans and manage the revenue management budget process.
Lead the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings with insights from data reports.
Develop topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities to drive incremental profit across revenue centers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
Mentor and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve revenue goals.
Ensure reservations are optimized by coordinating with the reservations team.
Drive market share and optimize RevPAR through system usage and pricing decisions.
Develop a culture of best practices in distribution landscapes including OTAs.
