Job summary

Reticula, an expert network connecting consulting and investment teams with industry experts, is seeking an Expert Network Associate on the Client Service Team. You will act as the knowledge broker between clients and the world’s best experts, across diverse projects and geographies.

Responsibilities include sourcing, vetting and managing expert engagements end-to-end, building client and expert relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure precise matches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong interest in connecting people with knowledge and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to take initiative and lead when needed.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Role

As an Expert Network Associate on the Client Service Team, you will be the knowledge broker between our clients and the world’s best industry experts. One day that might mean sourcing the experts behind astronauts' ready-to-eat meals in the US. The next, it's forklift drivers in Germany who know the after-service life of heavy-lift vehicles inside out.

No two days are the same. No two projects are the same. That is exactly the point.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying, recruiting and vetting subject matter experts across a wide range of industries — going above and beyond traditional searches to find the exact match, every time.
• Managing expert engagements end-to-end; scheduling, coordinating and ensuring an outstanding experience for clients and experts alike.
• Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and expert, understanding their needs deeply and delivering with precision.
• Collaborating with the team to grow our expert network and client base.
• Keeping ahead of industry trends, market developments and emerging sectors to stay sharp and relevant.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or similar) with 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• A genuine passion for connecting people with knowledge — no prior expert network experience needed.
• A track record of taking initiative — leadership roles, entrepreneurial projects, competitive achievements.
• Sharp critical thinking and sound judgement under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills; confident and articulate on the phone with senior stakeholders.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple client relationships at once.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
