Reticula, an expert network connecting consulting and investment teams with industry experts, is seeking an Expert Network Associate on the Client Service Team. You will act as the knowledge broker between clients and the world’s best experts, across diverse projects and geographies.

Responsibilities include sourcing, vetting and managing expert engagements end-to-end, building client and expert relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure precise matches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong interest in connecting people with knowledge and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to take initiative and lead when needed.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and vet subject matter experts across industries.
• Manage expert engagements end-to-end; schedule and coordinate for a top-notch client experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and experts; understand needs deeply.
• Collaborate with the team to grow the expert network and client base.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging sectors to stay sharp.
