Job summary

Reticula is hiring an Expert Network Associate to bridge clients with the world’s best experts. You will identify, recruit and vet subject matter experts across industries, coordinating engagements end-to-end.

Based in Kadıköy, Istanbul with a hybrid model (one day remote), you will build relationships with clients and experts, stay ahead of industry trends, and help grow our global network.

Requires a bachelor’s degree, English and Italian fluency, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or similar).
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Strong passion for connecting people with knowledge and proactive initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and vet subject matter experts across industries.
• Manage expert engagements end-to-end; schedule and coordinate to ensure excellent client experience.
